چکیده
A new high-sensitive magnetic sensor which is referred to a symmetric response magnetoresistance (SRMR) proposed. This uses giant (GMR) elements have field response. An ac with frequency f applied the GMR in order modulate small detecting field. Due of MR element, carrier signal converted 2f and . By using full bridge circuit, where two pairs opposite phase field, components can be eliminated at differential output terminal bridge. Since this system converts range higher one, its noise level, dominated by 1/f noise, decreased. In study, SRMR antiphase modulation was fabricated investigated. The effect reduction suppression were confirmed circuit simulation based on element. full-bridge four dual-spin-valve fabricated. It that (2f components) reduced less than level (f components). increase found near f, may due slight asymmetry shown (MR)

Low frequency noise and complex AC magnetoresistance in superconducting Pb/Ge with square antidot lattice
The low frequency voltage noise and complex AC voltage response to weakly modulated magnetic fields have been studied in a superconducting Pb film with a square lattice of antidots. The temperature was close to Tc and the DC magnetic field was changed between ±1.5 H1 with H1 1⁄4 9:2 Oe corresponding to one vortex per antidot. A narrow band noise near f 0:55 Hz has been observed which shows diff...
متن کاملNonlinear AC Response and Noise of a Giant Magnetoresistive Sensor
We compare bridge voltage response measurements to ac magnetic fields from a giant magnetoresistive sensor with noise measurements on the same sensor. The small-signal response (for applied ac magnetic fields between 0.1 mOe rms and 30 mOe) is much less than is the slope of a dc voltage versus field curve, because of hysteretic effects. Noise statistics are used to estimate the size and number ...

Combined Phase-Shift and Frequency Modulation of a Dual-Active-Bridge AC–DC Converter With PFC
This paper presents a combined phase-shift and frequency modulation scheme of a dual–active-bridge (DAB) ac– dc converter with power factor correction (PFC) to achieve zero voltage switching (ZVS) over the full range of the ac mains voltage. The DAB consists of a half bridge with bidirectional switches on the ac side and a full bridge on the dc side of the isolation transformer to accomplish si...
متن کاملLow Correlation Noise Stability of Symmetric Sets
We study the Gaussian noise stability of subsets A of Euclidean space satisfying A = −A. It is shown that an interval centered at the origin, or its complement, maximizes noise stability for small correlation, among symmetric subsets of the real line of fixed Gaussian measure. In the plane, we show that a ball or its complement locally maximizes noise stability for small correlation, among symm...
